The U.S. market represents a significant growth opportunity, with over 370,000 HOAs managing more than 53 million residents across the country.
Our expansion strategy leverages our proven platform while adapting to the unique needs of the U.S. market. We're developing compliance solutions for local regulations, integrating with American payment systems like ACH transfers and credit card processing, and creating features specifically designed for HOA and condo management structures. We're working closely with legal experts to ensure full compliance with state-specific HOA regulations, fair housing laws, and financial reporting requirements. We're not just entering a new market—we're bringing a battle-tested solution.
Our market research has revealed significant pain points in American community management: outdated software systems, fragmented communication channels, and time-consuming administrative processes.
